David Hakes is the President of XP Products and has over 30 years of experience with Combustible Dusts in all Industries across North America. He is a Mechanical Engineer (BSME) from Bradley University with multiple patents related to Dust Explosion Protection equipment.
David has extensive experience with powder and dust handling with all manufacturing industries including: Food and Beverage, Furniture and Lumber, Chemicals, Plastics/Polymers, Metal Processing, Aerospace and Consumer Products. Conducted over 100 DHA’s (Dust Hazard Analysis) throughout North America. He holds multiple patents associated with Dust Collection and Equipment Isolation systems.
David White brings 30 years of experience as a private equity and real estate investment professional to his role as Director of Marketing & Operations. He is responsible for developing and executing XP’s growth strategy, including a national sales and marketing strategy and implementing best in class operating procedures for XP’s production and financial operations.
With extensive experience in strategic financial, operations and risk management, David has originated and managed private equity transactions valued at more than $2.5 billion in industries including telecommunications, environmental services and engineering, logistics, nanotechnology and healthcare, and led investments responsible for the acquisition, development and management of more than $2 billion in residential and commercial property. He earned a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
Bart has over 25 years of experience in Bulk Powder Handling and Dust Collection. Bart brings extensive experience with custom equipment and machine design using the latest CAD and 3D Design software.
He brings valuable process knowledge and design associated with Polymer/Plastics manufacturing, Food Processing and Automation, Furniture and Wood Processing, Specialty Chemicals and Consumer Products
